What Does the Opt-Out Report Display?

The Opt-Out report is used to display and track the users who have unsubscribed from any given list. It also displays how long a user was in the list, the way in which they opted-out and information about the campaigns and keywords they used.

The Opt-Out report displays the following data:

Subscriber ID: unique identifier for a mobile number

Mobile Number: user’s mobile phone number

Unsubscribe Date: date the user unsubscribed

Unsubscribe Type: how a user was unsubscribed (i.e. when a user texts “STOP”)

Number of Days Subscribed: the total number of days a user was subscribed

Date Joined: date and time at which the user joined the list exported

List Name: list from which the user is unsubscribing from

List ID: unique identifier for a list

Trigger Name: the trigger, better known as keyword, that the user joined the list through

Trigger ID: unique identifier for the keyword the user joined the list through

MobileFlow Name: the campaign from which the user joined the list through

MobileFlow ID: unique identifier for the campaign the user joined the list through

Metadata: allows you to collect and tag individual subscribers with information

*i.e. areacode, state, carrier

*please note if you do not want to include “ALL” you can select only relevant options with the dropdown

 

To pull this report:

Step 1: Click into the “Reports” sub-tab from the “Reports” tab

Step 2: Click “Create New Report”

Step 3: Name your report

Step 4: Choose the “Opt-Out” report from “Report Type”

Step 5: Select your list(s)

Step 6: Select the Metadata to include *If you do not want to include “ALL” you can select only relevant options with the dropdown below

Step 7: Select your Report Timeframe *please note you can also do a custom date range

Step 8: Select when you want to run your report *Can schedule it out for the future by clicking on the calendar icon

Step 9: Select the Frequency of your report *one-off report, daily, weekly, or monthly

Step 10: Save your report

Step 11: Once the report is created (may take a few minutes) download your report
