How Can I Check If a Message Was Delivered to a Specific Subscriber?

You may view a subscriber's message history from the Subscriber Profile to see if a specific message was delivered from the Marketron platform to an aggregator.

To get to the Subscriber Profile, simply enter their phone number in the "Search for subscribers" field at the top right of your screen:


Once in the Subscriber Profile, you can toggle from the profile to the messaging history between your short code and that subscriber:

If the message is visible in the subscriber profile but you've received a report that the message was not delivered, there may have been a delivery issue at the aggregator or carrier level.
