What Does The Broadcast Summary Report Display?

The Broadcast Summary Report allows you to view all outbound broadcasts that have been sent from your account. This report is highly customizable with the ability to filter the report by individual lists and custom timeframes.

The report returns the following data:
  • Date Sent: The date the broadcast message was sent
  • List Name: The list the broadcast message was sent to
  • Filters: Any filters that were included in the broadcast
  • Message: The message copy that was sent
  • Recipients: The total number of recipients that the message was sent to
*To create a Broadcast Summary Report, follow these steps:
  • Log in to the Marketron platform
  • Navigate to the "Reports" tab, followed by "Reports"

  • Select the "Create New Report" button 

  • Choose "Broadcast Summary" for Report Type

  • Choose which Lists you would like to generate reports for
    • Setting List to "All" will return all broadcast messages from your account. 
    • Setting List to a specific list will return all broadcast messages sent to a specific list.
  • Choose the desired timeframe that you'd like the report to generate.
    • Choose from our preset options: This Week, Last Week, This Month, etc.
    • You can also create a custom timeframe by selecting Custom, and then using the calendar feature to select the start and end date. 
  • Once all parameters are set, select "Generate Report" button

  • The report status will appear as "In Progress". Once the report is generated, the status will be changed to a timestamp.

    • Once complete, you can download the report, share, or delete the report.

  • To download the report in a CSV format (Excel doc), select the Download Icon. This will export the report, so that you are able to further manipulate and filter your data for any custom reporting needs.
