I Need To Update My Username / Password

If you have appropriate account permissions, you can update your username and password from within the Platform.

  • Log in to Platform with your username and password
  • Select "Account Settings," which you can find on the top right of the page (it's the gear-looking icon)

  • Select "Users"

  • Search for the appropriateĀ username and click into it to make any necessary updates

When choosing a password, keep in mind the basic elements of good security protection: longer password the better, mix letters and numbers, mix lowercase and uppercase, try to change it periodically, etc.
